The Coach is an Operational expert and has over 25 years experience in business development, leadership, team building and exceptional service delivery. They own and run two small businesses, was recently recognized as an Outstanding Leader in their region, came runner up in the Rural Business of the Year Awards, in 2021 won Business of the Year in the region, as well as a National award for their products.
How Does it Work?
The Covert Coach is a secret shopper service, but with the benefit of simple, easy to implement business improvements included. You can either engage the Covert Coach to secretly visit your business and provide you the feedback, or, sometimes she is sneaky (or even an existing customer) and will leave you a calling card to say we have already visited and have some suggestions!
